We provide our customers with a 15 day, unconditional, return privilege that begins the day you receive your item. If for any reason you decide the item is not right for you, simply return the item to us along with a COPY of your original receipt. There is a 15% restock fee on NEW items. Payments received via PayPal are refunded through paypal. If other payment options are used a check will be used to refund your money.
